No. iPhones and Android phones open the card's page in the browser with a tap. The person you share with doesn't need ClickCard or any other app, and the QR code on the back works with any phone camera.
iPhone XS, XR and every newer iPhone read the card with a tap. iPhone 7, 8 and X read it from the NFC reader in Control Center. Most Android phones read it as long as NFC is turned on in settings. For any other phone, the QR code on the back opens the same page.
Yes, every card is made to order. You choose the card, the finish, the layout and whether it's horizontal or vertical, then add your words and your logo. The order form shows the front and back as you go, you approve the design before you pay, and we print it just as shown. If you send your own design or add notes, we send you a proof to approve first.
Yes. Choose Your own design under Layout, for $19.99 more per card. After you order, reply to our email with your artwork for the front (a PDF, an SVG or a large PNG). We add the words from your order to it, email you a proof and print once you approve it. The back keeps the QR code and the ClickCard logo.
When your cards arrive, tap a card on your phone and sign in to ClickCard, or create a free account: the card links to your account, review and link cards included. Cards ordered with one link for all are linked together by that one tap, and your account lists them as one NFC card. With one link for each card, tap each card the same way, and on a team's order each person links their own. Then pick what a tap opens, in the ClickCard app or the web app at clickcard.me: your digital business card, your contact or a link of your own, such as your Google review page.
No. Every NFC card works on every ClickCard plan, the free one included. Each card links to your ClickCard account, and a free account is all it needs.
Yes, any time, with nothing to reprint. The chip holds your card's ClickCard address, and you choose in your account what a tap opens: your digital business card, your contact or a link of your own. Switch whenever you like, and anything you change on your ClickCard shows on the next tap.
We print, encode and test your cards in 3 to 5 business days after you order, or after you approve the proof if we send you one. Shipping takes 2 to 5 business days in the United States and 7 to 21 business days to other countries.
We ship from the United States to most countries. Shipping is free in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam, and costs $14.99 per order anywhere else. Import duties or taxes, if your country charges them, are paid by the recipient.
Yes. Orders of 10 cards or more get 10% off every card, and orders of 25 or more get 15% off. For 50 cards or more, ask our sales team for a quote.
You can cancel for a full refund until we start printing your cards. Because every card is custom made, we can't take back cards that arrive as you approved them, but if a card arrives damaged or doesn't work, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it. This doesn't affect your rights under your local consumer law.
No. ClickCard isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google. The card opens the review link from your Google Business Profile, which you add in your ClickCard account, and reviews go to your profile as usual. Google's rules don't allow rewards for reviews or asking only happy customers, so ask everyone the same way.
Yes. The chip holds only a web address: your card's ClickCard address. It can't read anything from the phone, and it needs no battery. We lock each chip after writing it, so nobody can rewrite it, and only you can change what it opens, from your ClickCard account.
Yes. Once you pay, Stripe, our payment provider, emails you a receipt and an invoice with your order number. Buying for a company? Choose to buy as a business at checkout and add its name and tax ID, and they go on the invoice.
