Terms of Sale
Last updated: November 7, 2026
These terms of sale apply when you buy ClickCard NFC cards on our website from ClickCard, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered at 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709 ("ClickCard," "we" or "us"). Your use of the ClickCard app and website is covered by our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. Orders
You order on our NFC cards page and pay on a checkout page run by Stripe, our payment provider. Your order is placed when the payment goes through, and we email you a confirmation with your order number.
We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we can't make or deliver it, for example if its content breaks these terms or we can't ship to the address given.
2. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The page and the checkout show the price per card, any team discount, the charge per card for your own design if you choose one, shipping and any sales tax before you pay. Stripe processes your payment, and we never see your full card number.
Import duties, customs fees and taxes that the destination country charges on delivery are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient.
3. Your design, proofs and production
Every card is made to order. Before you pay, the order page shows the front and back of your cards as we'll print them, and you approve that design. We print your cards as shown, so check the names, words and logo before you approve it.
If you choose your own design, reply to your order email with the artwork for the front of your cards, and we add the words from your order to it. The back of every card keeps its QR code and the ClickCard logo.
If you choose your own design, or add notes to your order, we email you a proof before we print. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof, and you can ask for changes first. If we haven't received your design 30 days after your order, or your answer 30 days after we send the proof, we cancel the order and refund it in full.
We print, encode and test your cards within 3 to 5 business days after your order or, if we send you a proof, after you approve it.
Wood is a natural material: grain and tone vary from card to card, and colors on screen can look slightly different from printed colors.
4. What goes on your cards
You're responsible for the names, logos, designs and other content on your cards, including a logo you choose with the logo search on our order page and a design you send us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We don't print content that is illegal, misleading or infringes someone else's rights, or designs made to look like a payment card or an official ID. What a card opens is set in your ClickCard account, and our Terms of Use apply to it.
A review card opens the review link you add in your ClickCard account. ClickCard isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google. You agree to follow Google's review policies, which don't allow offering rewards for reviews or asking only some customers for them.
5. Shipping
We ship from the United States. Shipping is free within the United States, Puerto Rico and Guam, and orders to other countries pay the shipping rate shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and start when your cards ship.
If a parcel is lost in transit, tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we'll send new cards or refund the order.
6. Cancellations and returns
You can cancel your order for a full refund until we start printing it.
Because your cards are made to your order, we don't accept returns of cards that arrive as you approved them, except as set out in section 7 or where the law requires it.
7. Damaged or faulty cards
If a card arrives damaged, doesn't match the design or proof you approved, or its chip doesn't work, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the card or refund it, at no cost to you.
8. How the cards work
Every card is linked to a ClickCard account: you link it by tapping it and signing in to ClickCard, on any plan, the free one included. Its chip holds the card's ClickCard address and is locked, so nobody can rewrite it. Cards ordered with one link for all share one address: linking one links them all, and they always open the same thing. From your account, you choose what a tap opens (your digital business card, your contact or a link of your own) and can change it at any time.
Phones read NFC in different ways depending on the model and its settings, and some phones can't read it at all. Every card has a QR code on the back that opens the same page.
9. Your rights
If you buy as a consumer, the law of your country may give you rights that these terms can't limit. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. This doesn't limit any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the consumer law of your country says otherwise.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
